Ashgate Hospice provides care to patients across North Derbyshire at the hospice and in the community.
For patients with the most complex of needs, they have an Inpatient Unit. However, most of their patients are cared for at home, where a team of specialist nurses and healthcare professionals enable them to stay in familiar surroundings for as long as possible.
Blythe House Hospice provides free services to patients and families in the High Peak and surrounding communities who are affected by life-limiting illnesses including cancer, heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and neurological conditions such as motor neurone disease.
The hospice also supports those who are bereaved. The 24/7 Hospice at Home service provides palliative and end of life care to patients who wish to be supported in the comfort of their own home.
